Visiting the Mabel Hartzell Historical Home is like stepping into a Victorian Alliance, Ohio home of the 1880s-1910s.The home features many unusual antiques including a gavel table used by the GAR made from a tree stump, an early slide projector known as a Mirrorscope, and many kitchen/home items such as a ruffler and a hat stretcher. Quilts from our historic collection will be on display.
A special display of the 1958 State Championship Alliance High School Football Team and the 1983 undefeated regular season team will be availble. Come and share your memories of these teams.
A donation of $5.00 per adult is suggested. Admission for children 12 and under and members is free.
